OM Wellness & Aesthetics was founded in 2016 with a simple belief: self-care is health care. Ten years later, that belief has grown into Boise’s destination for both wellness and aesthetics, and it still guides every treatment we offer.

Our providers are licensed, trained, and certified, and they believe in a conservative approach: the smallest doses possible for the most natural outcome. We take a holistic view of every patient, because skin, hormones, weight, and energy are all connected, and treating one without understanding the others is only half the job.

Every relationship at OM starts with a free consultation and an honest conversation. We build individualized plans around your goals, answer every question, and never push a treatment you do not need. Our patients tell us the care is what keeps them here. We think that is the highest compliment there is.

Allyson Reynolds

APRN, MSN, FNP-C

With 18+ years as a Registered Nurse and 15+ years as a Nurse Practitioner, Allyson knows healthcare, but what she really loves is helping women feel like themselves again.

As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, she is especially passionate about women’s wellness, hormone health, and medical weight loss. From the first signs of perimenopause through menopause and beyond, Allyson helps women navigate the changes happening in their bodies and create a plan that helps them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their skin.

Her passion is personal, too. As a breast cancer survivor currently facing cancer for a second time, Allyson understands just how important it is to feel heard, supported, and truly cared for.

At OM, she brings her medical expertise, aesthetic training, and a whole lot of heart to every patient, because feeling good in your body is just as important as looking good in it.

Bliss Kersh

BSN, RN, PHN

Bliss earned her B.S.N. from West Coast University in California in 2016 and has seven years of experience in medical aesthetics. She began her career as a nurse at a facial plastic surgery center, where she discovered her passion for aesthetics. Since then, she has trained with some of the most sought-after aesthetic providers in the country and has served as the lead RN injector at multiple medical spas.

Specializing in full-face rejuvenation, Bliss has mastered the art of customized treatment plans to enhance natural beauty and deliver stunning, long-lasting results. One of her favorite treatments is Sculptra, as it stimulates collagen production, provides gradual improvements, and offers a subtly enhanced, youthful appearance.

Bliss prioritizes continuing education, regularly attending trainings and conferences to stay at the forefront of industry advancements. Patient safety is her top priority, and she is committed to providing the highest level of care with your best interests in mind.

Annie Jayo

Licensed Esthetician / Laser Specialist

Annie earned her B.A. from Boise State University in 2018 and has five years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. She began her career as a Guest Relations Specialist before enrolling in the aesthetician program at Oliver Finley, where she received extensive training in advanced skincare treatments.

Annie specializes in laser hair removal, microneedling, and energy-based treatments. She has undergone expert training and attended multiple industry conferences to stay at the forefront of aesthetic innovations. With a deep understanding of skin discoloration, texture improvement, and volume loss, Annie takes a comprehensive approach to helping patients achieve their skincare goals.

Passionate about education and patient confidence, Annie is committed to empowering patients with knowledge about their skin and guiding them toward the best treatments for long-term results.

Margot Laing

Lead Patient Care Coordinator

Margot earned her B.S. in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University in 2001. She spent 13 years at Hewlett-Packard as a LaserJet Printer and Consumables Packaging Engineer before expanding her career into teaching, fashion styling, and customer service. With over eight years of experience in sales and client relations, Margot brings a well-rounded approach to patient care.

Passionate about health, fitness, fashion, and beauty, Margot is dedicated to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for every patient at Om Med Spa. As the primary point of contact, she ensures that each visit is smooth, informative, and personalized. Having personally tried many of our skincare products and treatments, she is a valuable resource for patients seeking guidance.

Ariel Vazquez

Patient Care Coordinator

With more than 15 years in hospitality and nearly two years at OM, Ari knows how to make people feel welcome. She’s often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors, and making sure every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and right at home is one of her favorite parts of the job.

Ari especially loves being part of women’s wellness journeys. There’s nothing better to her than seeing a woman walk into OM and leave feeling a little more confident, comfortable, and like herself again. She’s a true girls’ girl and genuinely loves cheering women on through every step of that journey.

When she’s not at OM, you can usually find Ari with a story in her head. She’s an author who writes fantasy novels and short stories, so yes, she’s basically living in two worlds at once.

There are lots of places to go for skincare and beauty enhancement.. but this place is the most professional and adept at giving clients what best suits their needs. All the staff are beyond nice and they make it a wonderful experience! They have done wonders for my dark spots and dull skin. I honestly recommend OM Med Spa knowing they will do their best work on anyone who walks in !!

Allyson is so sweet and knowledgeable about her products and procedures. I went in blindly as a referral from a friend and didn't know what I was getting into. She gained my trust instantly with her demeanor and extensive knowledge of the procedure. I trusted her. She didn't try to sell me on any of her product either like most med spas, she just informed me of what they were and what they did. I had A syringe of Juvederm Ultra put in my lower and upper lips and they look fantastic. I also went ahead and got some units of Botox in between my eyebrows and along my lower forehead. Now I'm obsessed. Love her and her spa!

I found Om Spa two years ago when I moved to Boise. I was so incredibly happy with my results for over a year and half. I then got influenced to try another “big name” injector in downtown Boise and that was a horrible mistake. This very well known injector dropped my brows (I had no eyelids!) and she blamed it on my age and a “fat pocket” when I expressed my concern. I texted Allyson explaining the situation she suggest we wait for the poorly injected botox to wear off and we will treat again after. I went back to Om Spa last week and was reminded why I shouldn’t have ever left. I’m already seeing great results, I have no 11’s and STILL have eyelids. Allyson refreshes your look while keeping you natural. Om Spa is top notch and I will never stray away again.

I can’t remember the last time I did a Google review! It takes something HUGE for me to take the time to write one! About a month ago I had the IPL laser done on my hands. I am only 45 years old and I felt like I had grandma hands with all of the dark age spots. They really bothered me. I really didn’t expect it to work like this! I am absolutely thrilled and quite honestly stunned! I can’t stop looking at my hands. I feel 20 years younger!!! I was 100% happy with the results.
