As a participant in our Shadowship Program, you will have the chance to work closely with our team of experienced injectors, gaining valuable experience, insights, and mentorship in various aspects of medical aesthetics.

Program options

Choose Between Full and Half Day Sessions

Full Day Shadowship: $1,499

7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Our full-day Shadowship Program offers an immersive experience in medical aesthetics, providing you with a comprehensive look into the life of an aesthetic injector.

Included in the Full Day Program:

A 30-minute introduction session at the start of the day to discuss expectations and goals
Two 4-hour shadowing sessions with real patients, observing a variety of treatments and interactions
A lunch session with our lead injector, where you can ask any questions (lunch provided)
A 30-minute wrap-up with additional Q&A time to review your learnings from the day
A certificate of completion of the program
A personalized letter of reference to support your future career in aesthetics

Half-Day Shadowship: $999

7:30 AM – 12:30 PM OR 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

For those seeking a shorter but equally valuable experience, our half-day option allows you to gain key insights into the world of aesthetic injections in a more compact format.

Included in the Half Day Program:

A 30-minute introduction session at the start of your day to align on expectations
One 4-hour shadowing session with patients, observing treatment techniques and patient interaction
A 30-minute wrap-up with Q&A time to ask your questions and solidify your learning

Step Behind the Scenes

This program is designed to give you insight into the profession. Shadowing an experienced injector can give you a glimpse into the day-to-day life of an aesthetic injector.

You will be able to observe the workplace culture and the behind-the-scenes of a medical aesthetics practice

Learn how to deliver a high standard of care while maintaining patient satisfaction. One of the highlights of being in this program is observing how patients and aesthetic injectors interact. The experience will give you insight into the following:

The most common aging concerns
How to establish rapport and earn a patient’s trust and confidence
How to professionally handle different types of patients
How to develop a personalized aesthetic treatment plan
How to manage patient expectations and educate them about the limitations of specific treatments
Give you a chance to ask questions. Come prepared with lots of questions or ask as we go along. You will have time before and after the day of patients to ask questions about the profession, treatments, and anything else you want to know.
Help build your resume. Taking the initiative to learn about a cosmetic practice from an immersive experience will show potential employers that you are taking an extra step in your growth to become a provider.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the shadowship program, applicants must have a valid RN, NP, or PA license, or be enrolled in an accredited program through a 4-year university. Your license or proof of enrollment must be submitted with your application.
